The NFL announced tonight that Bruce Springsteen would be performing at the Super Bowl XLIII Halftime Show in Tampa. Previous reports indicated that the NFL was also considering Jimmy Buffet and Bon Jovi. My personal pick would've been one of the other two but Springsteen works. I'll be at this year's Super Bowl so hopefully he can live up to some of the previous acts, specifically Paul McCartney.
