Phillies Take 3-1 Lead in World Series

Talk about offensive firepower! The Phillies had four home runs, including two by Ryan Howard, to rout the Tampa Bay Rays in Game 4. Another of the home runs was hit by pitcher Joe Blanton, which was the first home run by a pitcher in the World Series since 1974. It will be interesting to see how the Rays can respond to this deficit. If they can win Game 5 tomorrow night, the Series would head back to Florida for Games 6 & 7. Unfortunately, a 3-1 lead in the World Series is a pretty hard thing to overcome.
