In a pretty understandable move, Phil Fulmer will announce this afternoon that he will be stepping down as Tennessee's head coach at the end of the season. The Vols are 3-6 this season, which includes conference record of 1-5. This team has come no where near the early season expectations and they just continue to lose. For a guy that's been associated with the football program for as long as Fulmer has (30 years!), I thought Tennessee would give him another chance and keep him on board for at least another year to see if he can turn it around. Apparently, Fulmer doesn't want that chance. It will be interesting to see who replaces him. Would David Cutcliffe leave Duke after only one season?
Who do you think will replace Phil Fulmer as Tennessee's coach? Post your comment and let your voice be heard!

I heard Pete Caroll was so upset that Florida was ahead of them in the AP and BCS that he vowed to split his squad in half, send one group to the USC games, and one group to the UT games so that once his split squad won out Ten. and USCs remaining schedule, there could be no dispute that USC was not only the greatest program in the country, but in the history of the World...
I heard USC is going to start playing with only 10 players on the field to prove their dominance!
